Daylight Saving Time (DST) starts in March and ends in November for the majority of Canada, moving the summer clocks ahead by one hour. However, none of the regions are not any one who participates in DST. Most notably, much of Saskatchewan does not switch to Daylight Saving Time, leaving the province on Central Standard Time throughout the year.
