Virtually all U.S. states follow Daylight Saving Time, which starts in March and concludes in November. Clocks are set ahead one hour during DST to allow for more daylight in the evening. But some areas do not observe Daylight Saving Time — Hawaii and most of Arizona stay on standard time year-round.
